About Us

Donald and Carine Carswell fell in love with Southern cooking while visiting family in South Carolina. After returning home to Kitchener-Waterloo they were craving that southern staple of biscuits and gravy. This craving turned into the Northern Comfort Biscuits food truck!

They have a passion for food and a particular taste for baked goods. With having a background in baking and pastry arts, their hope is to bring Southern comfort food up north for others to enjoy!
